Logging In

You must login to use AdjustRite. The login process ensures that each user has convenient and secure access to their own data.

Registration is quick and easy if you do not yet have an AdjustRite account. This will provide free trial access to the product to let you evaluate it fully before becoming a full subscriber to AdjustRite.

You should always test each computer with the Diagnostic Test before you use it with AdjustRite. This will help ensure each computer will run AdjustRite correctly.

Logging into your AdjustRite account.

1. Run Internet Explorer (you must have an Internet connection)
2. Enter "www.AdjustRite.com" in the address bar (or select it from your favorites list, if saved)
   • Enter "https://www.AdjustRite.com" in the address bar if your computer has difficulty loading the login page with the standard address - see below for additional information on this issue.
3. Enter your User ID in the white box labeled "User ID"
4. Press the tab key to move to the Password box or click in the Password box
5. Enter your password in the white box labeled "Password". The password is case sensitive, so entering "example" will not work if the password is "Example".
6. Click on the "Login" button or press the "Enter" key. Click on the Reset button if you think you typed the user id or password incorrectly. This will clear both fields and let you enter them again.
7. Save AdjustRite in your Internet Explorer "favorites " list.

Login Troubleshooting:

Depending on how your computer and your network are set up you may encounter difficulty logging in to AdjustRite. Many computers have security set up very tightly to the point where some sites will not function as intended. There are a few things you can do to let you effectively use AdjustRite while maintaining the security on your computer.

• Add AdjustRite as a trusted site for Internet Explorer. This will tell your computer to let AdjustRite open popup windows, run java script and do the various other things that are needed to function properly, while still maintaining the standard security of your computer for all other web sites.
  • Click on the "Tools" menu at the top of your Internet Explorer Window and then select " Internet Options" from the drop down list.
  • Click on the "Security" tab of the Internet Options window and then click on the "Trusted sites" icon at the top of this box.
  • Click on the Sites button, enter "https://www.adjustrite.com" in the top text box and then click on the Add button to the right of that box
  • Click on the "OK" button to save adjustrite as a trusted web site.
  • Look at "Security level for this zone". AdjustRite will perform best if this is set to "Medium-low".

• Save AdjustRite in your favorites with the full secure site name. Users of some computers may encounter a situation where they get a message that says they are "Not Allowed" to go to our site. Ordinarily you just enter "www.adjustrite.com" in the address bar of your Internet Explorer window and your computer will automatically switch from www.adjustrite.com to https://www.adjustrite.com. In some cases a computer will not permit the switch from www.adjustrite.com to https://www.adjustrite.com, but will work fine if you just enter "https://www.adjustrite.com" directly in the address bar.

Other information is available from the login screen. In every case, just click the "back" button on internet explorer to get back to the login screen.

• There are three links below the login fields.
  • Forgot Username or Password?: Use this link if you have forgotten your username or password. We will automatically email your username and password to the email address entered in the system by your system administrator. If your email address was not entered when your company administrator set you up on AdjustRite you will need to call them and have them reset your password. Your company administrator will call AdjustRite if they need assistance.
  • New User?: Use this link to register as a new AdjustRite customer. Each company only needs to register one time. Contact your own company administrator to get a login if your company is already registered to use AdjustRite.
  • Diagnostic Test: Use this link to verify your computer meets the requirements to use AdjustRite.
